Collin A. Myers
Owner and Founder of Fairhaven Counseling
Collin is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-S. He is also Doctoral Addictions Counselor, Crisis
Intervention Counselor, Career and Personal Coach. In addition, Collin provides supervision for LPC level
therapists upon request.
Collin received his BA at Houghton College in NY., his M.Ed. and PhD from Kent State Un., and an MA
from Walsh Un. He also was a full-time college professor for several years. Collin also had an exciting
event. He recently published 2 children’s books. Three more are in the final stages.
Dr. Myers works with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. He also provides in situ crisis intervention for schools, businesses, and factories.

Welcome Fairhaven's new therapist
Tonya Merlitti, MS. Ed. CMHC LPC
Miss Tonya has completed Master level degrees in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Human Development with Family Studies.
Previous work experiences include 15 years working with families and children within the school setting as a Classroom Teacher, then as an Intervention Specialist.
As a licensed counselor in Ohio, Miss Tonya has chosen to specialize in counseling children, teens, young adults and their families.
Miss Tonya’s concentrations include:
Anger management, Anxious mood, Depressive mood, Strengthening family relationships, Parenting, Concerns with school and educational preparation.
To promote positive outcomes in your family, the following skills groups are available.
Age-appropriate groups for children and teens to Manage BIG Emotions, teaches skills to recognize self control, promote self-esteem and independence, understand body language and accept accountability.
For Parents, she has developed Parent Rescue Solutions, a 3 session program to assist parents with cooperative communication with their child and a behavior management plan to positively engage both the parent and child.
